Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying and acquiring new clients, and contributing to the growth of our business. Proficiency in both English and Kannada is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing content.
- Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Kannada.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in both Kannada and English is essential.
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting Salary: Rs. 12,000 with incentives and bonuses.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time work, with a minimum of 3 hours of work daily and 1 day off each week.
